- Soil of shale and sandstone.
- lower yield : 19 hl / ha.
- Chenin aged 40 years
- Balance: 13 acquired alcohol and 80 g / l of residual sugar (13 + 4)
- Aged in stainless-stell vat

Very spiritual and cheap wine : AB
